It is inevitable that in todays highly regulated society, companies will fall foul of regulatory laws.

Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us urgently and before attending an interview under caution (a PACE interview.)

We will be able to advise you about your rights and if it is appropriate, we will attend an interview with you as your legal representatives. Action at this stage could help you to avoid a prosecution, or will allow you to explain your defence in as detailed a manner as possible.
